Trade Wzrd Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS

Trade Wzrd operates a strict NO REFUND policy. All subscription fees are final and non-refundable.

1. Why No Refunds?

a. Free Plan Available for Evaluation

Unlike many services, we do NOT offer free trials because we provide a LIFETIME FREE PLAN that gives you full access to evaluate Trade Wzrd before purchasing:

Free Plan Includes:

  1. - 1 Universal Account

  2. - Demo account access

  3. - Basic access to platform features

  4. - Up to 250 trade events (approximately 50 trades per month)

This free plan allows you to test the platform with your demo broker accounts, verify execution speed and reliability, confirm all features work as expected, ensure compatibility with your trading strategy, and fully understand what you're getting into before purchasing a paid plan.

There is NO need for a free trial when users can evaluate the platform with the free plan. You know exactly what you're getting before you upgrade to a paid subscription.

b. Instant Access to Digital Service

  • Upon payment, you receive immediate access to our platform and all features. This is a digital service with instant delivery & refunds are not possible once access is granted.

c. Operational Costs

  • Each subscription incurs immediate costs including server infrastructure and cloud hosting, broker API connections and rate limits, support staff availability, and payment processing fees (non-recoverable).

2. What Is NOT Refundable

  • Refunds will NOT be issued for any reason, including:

  • Change of mind: Use the free plan to decide before purchasing.

  • Unused subscription time: Canceling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining days/months.

  • Dissatisfaction with features: All features are available to test on the free plan.

  • Technical difficulties: We provide 24/7 support to resolve any issues. Contact support@tradeWzrd.com.

  • Broker compatibility issues: Test compatibility using the free plan before upgrading.

  • Trading losses: Trade Wzrd is a trade automation tool. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes. We do not guarantee profits.

  • Service downtime or outages: While we maintain 99.9% uptime, temporary downtime does not qualify for refunds.

  • Payment disputes: Failed payment due to insufficient funds, expired cards, or bank declines.

  • Accidental purchases: It is your responsibility to review your subscription before confirming payment.

  • Not knowing what you're getting into: The free plan with 250 trade events (~50 trades/month) provides ample opportunity to evaluate the service.

3. Cancellation vs. Refund

Canceling your subscription prevents future charges and allows you to retain access until the end of your current billing period, but does NOT entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

Example:

  • - You subscribe to the Pro plan on January 1st ($49/month)

  • - You cancel on January 15th

  • - You retain access until January 31st

  • - You are NOT refunded the $49 for January

  • - You will NOT be charged for February

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

Chargebacks without prior contact are prohibited.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting support first, we will immediately terminate your account, ban your email and IP address from future use, report the chargeback to payment processors, refer the matter to collections for unpaid balances, and take legal action if warranted.

If you have an issue:

1. Contact Trade Wzrd Discord FIRST

2. Explain your issue in detail

3. We'll work to resolve technical problems

4. Refunds are still subject to this policy

5. Rare Exceptions (At Our Sole Discretion)

We may, at our sole discretion, consider refunds ONLY in these extremely rare circumstances:

  • Service Non-Delivery Due to Our Fault: If we fail to provide access to the platform after payment, if a critical bug prevents any use of the Service for 14+ consecutive days, or if we permanently shut down the Service within 30 days of your purchase.

  • Duplicate Charges: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same subscription period (proof of duplicate charge required).

  • Fraudulent Charges: If your payment method was used without your authorization (police report and fraud investigation documentation required).

  • Even in these cases, refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our sole discretion.

6. Request Review (Not a Refund Request)

If you believe you qualify for one of the rare exceptions above:

Include: Your account email, purchase date and amount, detailed explanation of why you believe you qualify, and supporting documentation (screenshots, error logs, etc.)

We will review within 5-7 business days and respond with our decision.

Note: Submitting a review request does NOT guarantee a refund. The vast majority of requests are denied per this policy.

7. Subscription Management

  • To avoid unwanted charges:

  • Cancel before renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

  • Set calendar reminders: Track your renewal dates.

  • Monitor your email: We send renewal reminders 7 days before charging.

  • Update payment methods: Failed payments may result in service suspension.

  • You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard under "Billing Settings."

8. Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India)

  • a. Consumer Rights

  • Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, consumers in India have certain rights. However, this refund policy is designed to be fair given that:

  1. - We provide a FREE PLAN with 250 trade events for thorough evaluation before purchase

  2. - This is a digital service with instant access upon payment

  3. - You have the opportunity to test all features before committing to a paid subscription

  • b. Consumer Disputes

  • If you are not satisfied with our resolution of any complaint, you have the right to file a complaint with:

  1. - District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (for claims up to ₹1 crore)

  2. - State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (for claims between ₹1 crore and ₹10 crore)

  3. - National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (for claims above ₹10 crore)

  • c. Unfair Trade Practices

  • We do not engage in unfair trade practices as defined under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Our free plan allows complete evaluation of our service before purchase, ensuring transparency.

9. Final Note

  • By subscribing to Trade Wzrd, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood this Refund Policy, you have used the free plan (250 trade events, ~50 trades/month) to fully evaluate the Service, you understand exactly what you're getting into before purchasing, you accept that all sales are final and non-refundable subject to applicable Indian consumer protection laws, and you will not initiate chargebacks without contacting support first.

  • We strongly encourage you to use the FREE PLAN to ensure Trade Wzrd is right for you before purchasing a paid subscription.
