Trade Wzrd Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 10, 2026

This refund policy applies to Starter, Pro, and Elite monthly/yearly plans only. There are no refunds on Lifetime plans or any other Trade Wzrd products outside the recurring subscription tiers.

1. Monthly & Yearly Plans — 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Our Starter, Pro, and Elite monthly and yearly plans are backed by a 7-day money-back guarantee.

If you are not satisfied within 7 days from the time of purchase, you may request a full refund. No questions asked.

Beyond the 7-day period, all sales are final.

The 7-day guarantee only applies to first-time customers on each tier. If you have previously held a Starter, Pro, or Elite plan, you are not eligible for a refund guarantee on that same tier or when upgrading/downgrading between tiers.

If you do not cancel before the next renewal date of your subscription, no refund is permitted.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used to purchase.

2. Lifetime Plan — No Refunds

ALL LIFETIME SALES ARE FINAL. The Lifetime plan operates on a strict no-refund basis.

By purchasing a Lifetime plan, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The purchase price is immediately and permanently earned and non-refundable, in whole or in part

  • No refunds, credits, prorations, or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances

  • This includes non-use, dissatisfaction, trading losses, technical issues, or change of mind

Why no refunds on Lifetime?

Lifetime access grants permanent, unlimited use of the platform across all current and future features. This is a one-time license, not a subscription. The value is delivered instantly and irrevocably upon purchase.

3. Chargebacks & Disputes

Chargebacks without prior contact are prohibited.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting support first, we will:

  • Immediately terminate your account

  • Ban your email and IP address from future use

  • Report the chargeback to payment processors

  • Refer the matter to collections for unpaid balances

We will work to resolve legitimate technical issues. Refunds on Lifetime plans are never issued.

4. Cancellation vs. Refund

Canceling your subscription prevents future charges and allows you to retain access until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

5. Exceptions (Monthly/Yearly Only)

At our sole discretion, we may consider refunds beyond the 7-day window only in these rare cases:

  • Service non-delivery: We fail to provide platform access after payment

  • Critical bug: A bug prevents any use of the Service for 14+ consecutive days

  • Duplicate charge: You were accidentally charged twice for the same period

  • Fraudulent charge: Your payment method was used without authorization (documentation required)

Even in these cases, refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our sole discretion. Lifetime plans are excluded from all exceptions.

6. Consumer Protection (India)

Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Indian consumers have rights to file complaints with appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions. This policy is designed to be fair and transparent given the nature of digital services.
